7 Repair procedures

7.2.5. Open the main

engine

To open the main engine of the Centiva/5 Plus CC Ventilator follow this sequence:

Turn ON the system.

Remove the expiration valve according to section 7.2.1.

Turn OFF the system.

Disconnect the line power supply.

Disconnect the gas supplies.

Turn the main engine upside down.

Use a 3 mm hex wrench to remove the three (3) screws in the bottom.

Turn main engine back on its feet.

Remove upper housing cover by lifting it up and back.

10.

To reassemble follow instruction above in reverse.
