Control Language (ISiCL) commands to change the module settings.
4.2 IntraGuide Software
IntraGuide software allows you to view multiple Intraplex systems from one control point and provides
a Web browser interface that makes it easy to

Visually check system status
● Interrogate for alarm conditions
● Monitor and log hardware and communications links
The IntraGuide Help features both IntraGuide software and Intraplex equipment information. The Help
is context-sensitive and designed to give you all the information required to use this interface.
4.2.1 Serial Protocols
The default communications protocols for the common module are

Baud rate: 9600
● Data bits: 7
● Parity: odd
● Stop bits: 1
The settings can be changed; however, for long-term ease of use, we recommend that the
communications protocol remain at the system defaults.
4.2.2 IntraGuide Sample Configurations
IntraGuide software also provides support for numerous Intraplex common modules and channel
modules. Figures 4-1 through 4-3 show this information (respectively) for the PT-353 transmitter
module:

Many switches can be toggled on or off from the configuration screen, including

Multiplexer configuration
● Analog emphasis
● Test tone
● Starting time slot
● Two channels – If this switch is set for one channel, only the left channel is active. If the switch is
set for two channels, both the left and right channels are active.

The status display provides key information on the transmitter module performance with just a glance
at the visual display.
