80-31 System Error
• Gas cylinder shut off valve is not open enough
to provide adequate flow. If necessary, open the
valve approximately another half turn.

Reason for Appearance:
Gas flow from the gas cylinder was
insufficient. To improve gas flow, the
cylinder valve should be opened further.
Solutions:
Check that the gas cylinder valve is
sufficiently opened to allow gas flow
(reference Section 4.7). If necessary, open
the valve approximately another half turn.
80-32 System Error
• Channel X is defective. Choose another channel.
At the conclusion of the procedure, contact Galil
Medical Customer Service.

A defective solenoid on Channel X was
detected; another channel should be
selected.
Solutions:
1. Select a different channel.
2. After completing the procedure,
contact Galil Medical Customer
Service.
80-34 System Error

Fan X failure. At the conclusion of the procedure,
contact Galil Medical Customer Service.

Fan X was identified as not operating.
Solutions:
After completing the procedure, contact
Galil Medical Customer Service.
80-35 System Error
•
The gas flow rate in channel XX exceeds the
system operation requirements and may impact
performance. Reduce the number of active
needles.

The calculated flow rate for a given
channel exceeded the recommended flow
rate for a channel. The number of active
needles should be reduced.
Solutions:
1. Reduce the number of active needles.

Service for further guidance.
