2.24 TT Operation
The TT (Target Tracking) function manually or automatically acquires and tracks
targets displayed on the screen. Once a target is acquired, it is automatically tracked
within the range of 0 to 16 NM.

A maximum of 30 targets can be acquired and tracked.

The acquisition range is 0.1 NM to 16 NM.
-
The tracking range is 0 NM to 16 NM.
-
The target’s speed and course can be indicated with a vector.
-
The target data figures can be displayed in the data box.

There are two ways to cancel the acquisition; [Erase Lost TT Target] and [TT All
Cancel].
2.24.1 TT display [On]/[Off]
Take the following steps to switch the TT display between [On] or [Off].
Note:
A target once acquired is retained in the memory as an acquired target. This
means that a target is displayed in the acquired state if you select [Off] and then
[On] in the [TT Display] menu.
Touch control:
1.
Press the
MENU/ESC
key to open [MENU].
2.
Tap [TT].
3.
Tap [TT Display].
The [On]/[Off] selection box appears.
4.
Tap [On] or [Off].
5.
Tap [x] on the title bar to close [MENU].
Key control:
1.
Press the
MENU/ESC
key to open [MENU].
2.
Select [TT] with the arrow keys, then press the
ENTER
key.
3.
Select [TT Display] with the arrow keys, then press the
ENTER
key.
The [On]/[Off] selection box appears.
4.
Select [On] or [Off] with the arrow keys, then press the
ENTER
key.
5.
Press the
MENU/ESC
key to close [MENU].
