Interference Rejection
When radars using the same frequency band (X
band: 9 GHz) are in the vicinity of the own ship,
interference may appear on the screen. It is seen in
irregular patterns, as several dotted lines extending
from the center to the edge of the picture on the
screen. Such noise can be rejected using the
interference rejection function. There are two
methods for setting the interference rejection.
Using the [ADJUST] menu for interference rejection
Touch control:
1.
Press the
ADJUST
key to open the [ADJUST] menu.
2.
Tap the [Int Rejector] menu to open the [Off]/[On] selection box.
3.
Tap [On].
4.
Tap [x] on the title bar to close the [ADJUST] menu.
Key control:
1.
Press the
ADJUST
key to open the [ADJUST] menu.
2.
Select [Int Rejector] with the arrow keys, then press the
ENTER
key.
The [Off]/[On] selection box appears.
3.
Select [On] with the arrow keys, then press the
ENTER
key.
4.
Press the
MENU/ESC
key to close [ADJUST].
Using the [ECHO ADJUST] menu for interference rejection
Touch control:
1.
Press the
MENU/ESC
key to open [MENU].
2.
Tap the [ECHO ADJ] menu.
3.
Tap the [Int Rejector] menu.
The [Off]/[On] selection box appears.
4.
Tap [On].
5.
Tap [x] on the title bar to close [MENU].
Key control:
1.
Press the
MENU/ESC
key to open [MENU].
