Startup Error

At startup, “SRAM NG” is displayed, and initializes to factory default setting.

Cause 1 : The lithium battery is depleted.
Solution : The lithium battery needs to be replaced.

Reference

For procedure to replace the battery, refer to ”6. Periodic Replacement”.

Cause 2 : SRAM is defective.
Solution : Turn OFF the power, and restart the system.

If “SRAM NG” message is displayed again, stop using the device and contact
Fukuda Denshi.

At startup, “Global NG” is displayed, and initializes to factory default setting.

Cause 1 : The lithium battery is depleted.
Solution : The lithium battery needs to be replaced.

Reference

For procedure to replace the battery, refer to ”6. Periodic Replacement”.

Cause 2 : SRAM is defective.
Solution : Turn OFF the power, and restart the system.

Fukuda Denshi.

Cause : The DIP switch No.1 is set to ON.
Solution : Set the DIP switch No.1 to OFF.

For details of the DIP switch, refer to “4. Maintenance DIP Switch”.

At startup, “check sum 0123 error” is displayed, and initializes to factory default
setting.

Cause : The flash memory may be defective.
Solution : Turn OFF the power, and restart the system.

If “check sum 0123 error” message is displayed again, stop using the device and
contact Fukuda Denshi.
