Overview

Switch Block

For details about switch settings, refer to "8.1 Jumper Settings" (

PCI Slots

Contains an expansion card. PCI slots (1 to 7) are numbered from bottom to top in the above
figure.

Real-time clock battery

SATA connector

Front Panel connector

DC Power connectors

Processor socket

Installs the CPU. Two sockets are installed by default. Up to four sockets can be installed.

VRM connector (for CPU4)

If you have installed a CPU in CPU Slot 4, install the CPU VRM.

VRM connector (for CPU3)

If you have installed a CPU in CPU Slot 3, install the CPU VRM.

VRM connector (for CPU3&4 L3 cache)

The VRM slot for the L3-cache of CPU. For the CPU L3-cache, it is installed beforehand.

1.3.5 Memory Board

Mirror Configuration LED (

Green light turns on when the server is in Memory Mirror configuration.

RAID Configuration LED (

Green light turns on when the server is in RAID Memory configuration.
