Cabling the System Installing the Hardware
Ê Route the attached cables (LAN and/or FC) on the cable support (1) on the
front of the Blade Server System an secure it to the support with cable ties.

CAUTION!
In order to avoid damages at fibre cables a minimum bending radius
(90° routing angle) must be adhered to.
Ê Thread the cables carefully through the cable aperture in the vertical cover
(2) and through the cable clips on the cable guide (3) up to the loom of cables
in the rack.

If two PRIMERGY BX300 are installed directly on top of each other or
in the top location of the rack, the cable clips on the cable guide must
be removed from space reasons.
Ê Route the cables in the loom of cables to the corresponding devices and
connect it.

CAUTION!
Please make sure the fibre channel optical waveguide cables are
routed in such a way that no damage can occur.
Rear side
The cables are routed directly on the rack support uprights.
