Step

Task

Connect the modem cable to connector CN43 (Main Optical shelf ), and secure with
retaining screws. See

Figure 3-83 [p. 3-109]

Connect the other end of the modem cable to the appropriate external modem.

Note:

To connect a PC directly to connector CN43, use a null-modem cable in place of the 21-176-xxx

cable.

This procedure is complete.
