TROUBLESHOOTING

7.2.2  A paper jam which occurred at the lower part of the printer

Error message “W-0211 A paper jam has occurred within the roll paper feeder.” is displayed, 

follow the steps below.

1. 

Remove the following cover.

Scrap Paper Box

Inner Cover

Rear Cover

Turn the jam release handle (rear) counterclockwise and feed the paper until the front 

end is no longer visible from the rear cover.
