- Frontier DE100 Operation Guide -

Replacing Ink Cartridges

Remove the new ink cartridge from the box.

CAUTION

• Do not touch the chip (A) on the ink cartridge. Doing so may cause incorrect

operation or printing.

• Do not touch the ink supply port (B ) on the ink cartridge. Ink could leak out.

(B)

Hold the handle and slide the ink cartridge all the way into the printer.

CAUTION

Make sure to hold the handle. If you insert the ink cartridge by holding any place

other than the handle, your fingers might get caught between the printer and the ink

cartridge, and be injured.

Handle

Close the cartridge cover.

Check that the printer’s power light is on.
