Replace the auxiliary services belt. *

Replace/drain fuel antifreeze additive filter (page 51). *
Inspect/replace engine anodes - stern drive - propeller (page 52). * *
Check the belts and tighteners status (page 52). * *
Disconnect the electrical connections * *
Check the battery status, maintenance and charge. * *
Clean the air filter (page 54). * *
Replace and grease the sea water pump impeller. (page 54) *
Clean the exchangers tube bundles and the sea water circuit (page 60). *
Lubricating splines, gears and joints (page 63). * *
Grease the engine starter pinion (page 63). *
Discharge sea water circuit or add antifreeze additive. * *
Check for the coolant mixture
– add antifreeze additive.

Check the turbocharger ,grease the actuator leverage.(page 55). *
Clean the fuel tank. * *
Fill the fuel tank if necessary add the antifreeze additive. *
Wash the engine
–remove salt deposits, spray paint on any rusted parts. **

**Avoid water splash on electrical connections.
For long engine storages periods(over 6 months) follow the instruction on page 17.
