Electronic throttle station
The station allows commanding the boat from different positions shown in the figure.
Each control station is prearranged to control one or two engines. The single lever repeats the
functionality of a mechanical single lever.
Moving the lever from the neutral position, after 16° forward or reverse the system respectively engages
the forward or reverse gear. The accelerator has a stroke of 67° both in forwards or reverse gear.
Friction adjustment
To adjust the friction of the control lever, it is sufficient
to remove the PVC cap (A), unscrew the lever fixing
screw (B) and remove the lever. Now just
screw/unscrew the adjusting dowel placed into the hole
C to make the lever friction harder or softer. When the
adjustment will be done, mount the lever and the cap.
IMPORTANT: in case of command station for one
engine, the friction is present only in the right command
lever.
Control keypad
A membrane control keypad with 4 buttons and 4 indicator LEDs is mounted on the lever.
(*) In installations with single engine, both LEDs near the Engine buttons refer to
the same engine. In systems with 2 engines the Engine button and the related LED
refer to the physical position on the keypad, namely the right button and led refer
to the right engine and the left button and led refer to the left engine.
