CONFIGURING WARMING CUSHION REPLACEMENT FREQUENCY

This screen configures warming cushion replacement maintenance reminder schedule. This is user configurable based
upon anticipated ZipThaw202 usage level. It is the preference of the manufacturer that the cushions be proactively
replaced at least 1x per year. This may be sooner, i.e. 3 or 6 month intervals or by maximum cycles, based upon heavier
usage levels. The related alert screen is only a reminder. Cushion usage is not limited by the software. The manufacturer
recommends replacement as soon as feasibly possible. May continue to use if needed, as long as the cushions are not
damaged or leaking.

Date of last cushion change: sets itself to the current date as the date the cushions were last changed

Next Replacement Date: sets itself to the current date pluse the designated replacement interval (below)

Replacement Interval: Max Cycles = anticipated maximum allowed cycles before changing warming cushions

Replacement Interval: 3 Months, 6 Months or 12 Months, selectable based upon anticipated usage

Cycle Usage A: is the actual cycle count for Chamber A since the last warming cushion change
✓
Cycle Usage B: is the actual cycle count for Chamber B since the last warming cushion change
✓
RESET button: resets dates to Replacement Interval, and Cycle Usage counts for Chambers A and B
