If no data entry errors occur, or if you elected to continue without entering data, and if

7.9 STARTING A THAWING CYCLE

7.9.1 LOADING FROZEN PLASMA BAG INTO A ZIPSLEEVE

1. Place the frozen plasma bag inside a ZipSleeve

TM

.

2. Insert the frozen bag with the label facing the clear side of the ZipSleeve

TM

.

Note:

Once the ZipThaw

TM

system verifies that a valid ZipSleeve

TM

is placed inside the device (i.e. # of uses is less or equal

to 8) it will enable the device to begin a thawing cycle.
