Reassemble the Nebulizer Assembly

Carefully push the nebulizer in the nebulizer holder until it snaps into place. 

 

NOTE

 

Place the nebulizer in the nebulizer holder in the orientation indicated on the 

holder.

Install the nebulizer holder into the nebulizer mount. There is an audible click as the 
nebulizer holder locks into position in the nebulizer mount. The nebulizer holder should 
be flush with the nebulizer mount when correctly installed.

Connect the nebulizer line to the nebulizer assembly.  

4

 

Store the nebulizer assembly in the nebulizer rest or reconnect the nebulizer assembly 
to the heater assembly if the instrument will be used immediately.

If the nebulizer assembly is reconnected for immediate use, lift the nebulizer port safety 
shutter with one hand while carefully inserting the nebulizer into the heater assembly.

Carefully tighten the wing nuts to secure the nebulizer assembly to the heater assembly. 
When tightening the upper wing nut, ensure that the nebulizer port safety shutter does 
not interfere.
