press the ROTOR FLUSH key to clean the
Injector Head to complete the procedure.

Refilling the Sanitizer Tank
The Sanitizer Tank system provides approved
sanitizer solution to specific areas of the Flavor
Burst system such as the Injector Head and
syrup lines during certain functions. In order to
utilize these clean-in-place functions, keep an
adequate supply of fresh sanitizer solution in
the Sanitizer Tank at all times.
The Sanitizer Tank should be checked on a
daily basis and refilled if the supply is low.
Replace the sanitizer solution with a fresh
supply weekly and before performing the Clean-
In-Place Procedure.
1. Prepare approximately 2 ½ gallons (9.5
Liters) of McD Sanitizer (HCS) according to
manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Disconnect the sanitizer line by pressing the
lever on the Sanitizer Tank fitment and
pulling the sanitizer supply line free. (See
Figure 88.)

3. Remove the Sanitizer Tank from the
cabinet. (See Figure 89.)

4. Set the Sanitizer Tank upright and remove
the cap. (See Figure 90.)

5. Empty the any remaining sanitizer solution
from the tank. (See Figure 91.)
