8. Inspect the inside of the Door Assembly.
Check for leaks and other areas that may
need to be spot-cleaned.
9. While closing the Door Assembly, move the
lift bracket behind the freezer’s draw bracket
and line up the screw hole with the thumb
screw post. Secure the lift bracket by
turning the thumb screw through the lift
bracket hole and tighten to secure.
10. Use the pin to secure the Door Assembly in
the closed position.
11. Reinstall the Door Assembly lid.
Other Exterior Parts
1. Inspect the flavor lines as they exit the
façade and enter to the tubing rail. Clean,
rinse and dry with detergent water, warm
water, and single service towels when
necessary.
2. Use a single service towel moistened with
warm water to clean and wipe the Touch
Panel screen and exterior surface of the
Door Assembly façade. Dry with a single
service towel.
Check Syrup Levels
To ensure the store is ready the next day,
inspect the syrup levels. If any bags are empty
or near empty, you may want to replace them.
Consult with a store supervisor or manager if a
flavor is low, but not empty.

wish to replace empty or low syrups at this time.
