THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN SUPERVISION OR
INSTRUCTION.
NOTE: CHILDREN ARE TO BE SUPERVISED
WHEN USING THE SYSTEM AND SHALL
NOT PLAY WITH THE SYSTEM.
NOTE: INSTALL THE SYSTEM WHERE
AMBIENT TEMPERATURES ARE BETWEEN
60 AND 80 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT FOR
CORRECT OPERATION.
NOTE: INSTALL THE SYSTEM IN A
LOCATION WHERE ITS USE AND
MAINTENANCE IS RESTRICTED TO
TRAINED PERSONNEL.
NOTE: DO NOT HOLD, LIFT OR PULL THE
FAÇADE ASSEMBLY USING THE SUPPORT
ARM OR THE WEIGHT SENSOR. THESE
CONTAIN DELICATE ELECTRICAL
CONNECTIONS. ALSO, DO NOT SET THE
FAÇADE ON A SURFACE IN A WAY THAT
PUTS PRESSURE ON THE SUPPORT ARM
OR SENSOR. ALLOW THESE PIECES TO
HANG OFF AN EDGE.
Installing the Door Assembly
The Door Assembly houses the dispensing
tubes, auto draw lift system, the weight sensor
system and the Touch Panel. Normal
operating functions are performed using the
Touch Panel, including selecting sizes, flavors,
and drawing of product. The Door Assembly is
mounted to the side of the freezer using heavy
duty hinges and is secured in the closed
position using a heavy-duty latch and pin.
NOTE: THE MOUNTING PROCESS
REQUIRES 2 PERSONS.
DO NOT
ATTEMPT
TO MOUNT THE ASSEMBLY WITHOUT THE
AID OF A SECOND PERSON.
Right Side Door Assembly Installation: Follow
these instructions to mount the standard right-
sided Door Assembly to the right side of the
freezer. If you are mounting a left-sided
assembly, skip down to “Left Side Installation.”
1. Unscrew the draw handle knob and remove
it from the draw handle bar. Also, slightly
turn the two bottom door knobs so that they
are in an “X” position.
2. With one person holding the Door Assembly
in place while a second person installs,
mount the hinges of the Assembly to the
side of the freezer using the 6 screws and
holes already in place on the freezer.
NOTE: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MOUNT THE
ASSEMBLY ALONE.
