6. Install the Door Assembly lid to complete
the closed position. The lid does not lock
into place, but it should sit over the top
ledge of the Door Assembly frame so that it
presses the internal switch bar down. If the
lid is not pressing on the switch, the Touch
Panel will display a “No Lid” message when
it is turned on.
Connecting the Sanitizer Tank
The Sanitizer Tank system cleans and sanitizes
the syrup pumps and syrup lines of the Flavor
Burst system. A full system cleaning is required
at least every 30 days, or when the system is
not going to be used for a long time. It can also
be used to clean a single pump or line if a syrup
flavor is being changed to a different flavor in
that tray.
The Stera-Sheen® Green Label sanitizer
solution works well for cleaning the pumps and
lines, however it is only affective for 24 hours.
Since this system does not require the sanitizer
tank on a daily basis, you can leave the tank
empty. Only fill the tank with sanitizer solution
when you are ready to clean the pumps and
syrup lines. See “Clean-In-Place Procedure” of
the SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE section of
this manual for full instructions on filling the
Sanitizer Tank and cleaning the syrup lines.
NOTE: PUSH THE TUBE INTO THE
CONNECTORS TWICE, PAUSING IN
BETWEEN TO ALLOW AIR TO RELEASE.
ENSURE THE TUBE IS FULLY AND
SECURELY INSERTED INTO EACH
CONNECTOR.
1. Connect the sanitizer tube to the fitment on
the Sanitizer Tank.
2. Connect the sanitizer tube to the fitment on
the Sanitizer Tank.
3. DUAL SYSTEM INSTALLATION:
When installing the Sanitizer Tank to both
the Left and Right systems, the fitment on
the tank should come with a “T” connector
and an extra tube. Connect both tubes to
the connector.
