Single unit / Presettings

•

Please ensure that nobody can place
his/her hand
– in the path of the moving feed clamp
– between the jaws of the clamps, by

operating the BV only with a
protective hood.

•

Tighten the following screws:
– at first as far as possible
– then loosen again approximately

one turn.

If it is necessary to adapt the stroke
length to

less than lenght x:

turn the precisely adjustable stop for the
feed clamp further as desired.

The hexagon nut should be used for
locking.

Einzelgerät / Voreinstellungen

Zum Betreiben des BV-...:

•

Befestigen Sie stets die Schutz-
haube.

Damit stellen Sie sicher, daß niemand
–in die Laufrichtung der beweglichen
Vorschubbrücke greift
–zwischen die Spannbacken der
Spannzangen greift,

•

Drehen Sie folgende Schrauben:
– zunächst ganz hinein,
– dann wieder etwa eine Umdrehung

heraus.

Bei Bedarf von Hublängenanpassung:

kleiner als Länge x:

•

Drehen Sie den feineinstellbaren An-
schlag für die Vorschubbrücke nach
Bedarf weiter.
Zum Kontern dient die Sechskantmut-
ter.
