Lassen Sie die Schutzhaube festge-
schraubt.
Für spätere Wechsel des Werkzeugs
oder der Abmessungen des Endlosma-
terials:
•
Prüfen Sie die Notwendigkeit eines
in der Höhe oder der Tiefe verstellba-
ren separaten Unterbaus.
Dadurch ist eine einfache Anpas-
sung möglich.
Für schnelle Werkzeugwechsel:
•
Verwenden Sie die Nut (4) zum Posi-
tionieren des BV mittels Paßfedern.
Damit reduziert sich die Rüstzeit.
•
Plazieren Sie das BV an der Ferti-
gungsmaschine:
– direkt oder
– indirekt über Haltewinkel
Der verstellbare Anschlag für die Vor-
schubbrücke muß dabei nach außen
weisen.

If the tool is to be changed or the di-
mensions of the endless material modi-
fied,
•
you should check to see if a separa-
te base adjustable in height and
depth is necessary.
Simple adjustment is then possible.
For speedy tool-changing,
•
use groove (4) for positioning the BV
by means of the feather keys.
Conversion time is then reduced.
•
Place the BV on the manufacturing
machine:
– directly or
– indirectly with the aid of the
support bracket.
The adjustable stop for the feed clamp
must face outwards.
