When inserting the endless material
and setting the longitudinal stops,
•
you should use a hand slide valve of
type W-3-... for separate ventilation
of the clamps. In this way the feed
clamp remains positioned under pres-
sure.
The endless material can be pushed
through the BV up to the stop
without the feed clamp being dis-
placed.
Commissioning
Complete system
•
Slowly pressurize the complete sy-
stem.
This will prevent sudden uncon-
trolled movements from occurring.
For slow switch-on ventilation you
should use the safety start-up valve
type MFHE-... or VLHE-....
Zum Einlegen des Endlosmaterials auf
Längenanschlag:
•
Verwenden Sie ein Handschiebeven-
til vom Typ W-3-... zur separaten Ent-
lüftung der Spannzangen. Dabei
bleibt die Vorschubbrücke unter
Druck positioniert.
Das Endlosmaterial kann bis auf An-
schlag durch das BV geschoben wer-
den, ohne daß sich die Vorschub-
brücke verschiebt.
Inbetriebnahme
Gesamtanlage
•
Sorgen Sie für die Möglichkeit der
langsamen Belüftung Ihrer gesamten
Anlage.
Dann treten keine unkontrollierten
Bewegungen auf.
Zur langsamen Einschaltbelüftung
dient das Sicherheits-Einschaltventil
Typ MFHE-... oder VLHE-....
