SM3000 OPERATION MANUAL

APPENDIX F – TESTING/SETTING

SOFTWARE

The SM3000 printer has been developed together with a Windows-based, testing/setting program. This

program is an easy way to explore the SM3000’s main features.
To install the program, run the

“SETUP.EXE”

file and follow the instructions on the screen.

The program is intended for three purposes:



PC communication port configuration.



Printer Status.



Sample ticket.

These three parts are distinguished in the program main window.

Some SM3000 parameters can be changed with respect to its current configuration by simple way, from

the "Programing Mode"
