Rectifying faults

Swath width too big Incorrect swath width setting Adjust the swath width (see Sec-

Drive speed too low Increase the drive speed (guide
value 450 rpm)
Working width too wide Adjust the working width (see Sec-
tion 7.7.2 Set working width).
Irregular directional stability
or considerable tire wear Misalignment of transport
wheels Have the alignment corrected at a
specialist workshop.
Hydraulic working width ad-
justment is jerky/uneven Drive shaft sliding profiles are
sluggish Pull apart the drive shaft, then
clean and lubricate the two halves.
The machine menus are not
being displayed ISOBUS function on the tractor
terminal deactivated Switch on the ISOBUS function
(see Operator's Manual for the
tractor or the ISOBUS terminal).
ISOBUS plug loose Check the plug connection.
ISOBUS plug not connected Insert the plug for the ISOBUS
control unit into the ISOBUS con-
nection on the tractor.
ISOBUS of the tractor open Insert a dummy plug into the in-
cab socket (see Operator's Man-
ual for the tractor).
The "PTO shaft speed is too
high" warning message is dis-
played The drive speed is too high Decrease the drive speed. (guide
value 450 rpm)
Error code 200 is displayed Sensor faulty or cable break Have the sensor repaired by a
specialist workshop. Use the
"Manual Operation" menu to oper-
ate the machine. (see Section 9.2
Emergency operation)
Error code 201 is displayed Loose plug connection The error message tells you which
sensor is faulty. Check the plug
connections for the sensor. Select
the "Diagnostics" menu. Check
whether a value for the sensor is
displayed in the "Diagnostics"
menu.
If no value is displayed:
Have the sensor repaired by a
specialist workshop. Use the
"Manual Operation" menu to oper-
ate the machine. (see Section 9.2
Emergency operation)
No value on the hectare
counter Speed signal cannot be found Check the settings for the speed
signal in the "User Setup" menu.
Check the "travel speed" value in
the "Diagnostics" menu.
If no value is displayed, contact a
specialist workshop.
