7.1.6 Connecting the ISOBUS
Insert the 9-pin plug for the ISOBUS
control unit into the ISOBUS connection
on the tractor.
Check to see if you can select the soft-
ware for the machine on the terminal.
7.1.7 Connect the air pressure
brake
WARNING
Risk of injury through incorrectly func-
tioning brake system!
Improperly connected brakes may lead to
malfunctions, which could cause serious
accidents on public roads and on the field.
Connect the coupling heads securely.
Check that the coupling heads have en-
gaged securely.
When connecting the coupling heads,
ensure that they are free of any tensile
or compressive stress.
When connecting the coupling heads,
ensure that there is no torsion or nar-
row bending radii.
Connecting the brake
Connect the yellow coupling head
(brake) (1) to the yellow coupling head
of the tractor.
Connect the red coupling head (supply)
(2) to the red coupling head on the trac-
tor.
7.1.8 Releasing the parking brake
Releasing the parking brake
Use the crank (1) to release the parking

Road travel
WARNING
Risk of injury as a result of insufficient
steerability
The tractor will lose steerability if the load
of the suspended machine takes too much
weight off its front wheels.
If there is insufficient weight on the front
wheels of the tractor, fit ballast weights
to the front of the tractor to maintain
steerability (see Section 5.4 Axle loads,
gross weight and minimum ballast re-
quired).
Check that the transport locks are en-
gaged.
Check the brake system is functioning
correctly.
Observe the legal stipulations that are
applicable to road traffic.
