4.5. Special Commands
4.5.1. [0x1A] "Halt" (only ID DTx.B and ID DTx.C)
The transponders ID DTx.B and ID DTx.C can be switched to idle position via the command "Halt".
Thus, it is possible to switch off single transponders that are within the antenna field until the
transponder can be selected for the data exchange. Before execution of the command "Halt", the

Once this command has been applied to a transponder, such a transponder has to left the RF-field of
the reader, or the command 3.1.7. [0x69] RF-Reset has been sent to the reader.
4.5.2. [0x1B] ID DTx.C select
The command [0x1B] is used to recontact a transponder ID DTx.C in standard-mode after it has been
working in another mode. This command is used e.g. to change the serial-no. for the read-only
emulation.
If a transponder ID DTx.C is within the detection range of the reader while the command is given, the
unchangeable Serial-No. of the transponder will be sent back and the transponder is being selected. If
another transponder type is concerned, the status is 0x01 (no transponder within the detection range).
