3.6.2. [0x1D] Write Autopassword to transponder
By using the command "Write autopassword to transponder" the autopassword generated by the
reader will be programmed on the transponder according to the currently adjusted reader parameters.
Before writing the autopassword onto the transponder, the transponder-password for ID DTx.C (see
3.4. [0xA3] [0xA4] Change Transponder Password for ID DTx.C has to be configured correctly,
corresponding to the desired application.
In order to select the transponder and afterwards to write the autopassword, two procedures are
possible:
1.
-deactivate autopassword-mode
-select transponder with the command [0x11]
-write autopassword onto transponder
or
2.
-select transponder with the command [0x1C] "password select"
-write autopassword onto transponder

Before writing the autopassword onto the transponder, the transponder-password for
ID DTx.C has to be configured correctly, corresponding to the desired application. (see

A transponder equipped with an autopassword can only be completely processed by
readers with identical ID DTx.D transponder password .
