2. Step:
Bring the harrow block on one-down height adjustment soles
(4) where the harrow spring is connected. Secure the block by
mounting the bolts and nuts those were removed in the Step 1
on the new position.
Note: It is strongly recommended to make trial under field
conditions by changing with at least one harrow in order to
see the effects of the change made on harrow height and
whether this change is sufficient.
3. Step: Apply the Step 2 above to all harrows if such
change is sufficient.

The height from the ground where the coulters will
stop or start the seed flow can be adjusted according
to the operator’s requirements with the clutch
actuator position adjustment.
5 adjustment slots (4) on the top actuator (2) are
used in this adjustment.
The clutch actuator is connected to the second
adjustment slot from the bottom in the factory (as
default).
With this adjustment, the seed flow stops when the
coulters rise by 5 cm above the ground while the
seed flow restarts when the discs approach to the
ground by 5 cm, i.e. in reverse direction
As the connection is switched to the upper adjustment
slots the seed flow stops when the coulters are at a
higher position. Reversely, as the adjustment slot used
goes downward, the coulters stop or start the seed flow
at a lower height.
IMPORTANT: Changing the height adjustment of the
pressure wheels causes the distance between the
coulter frame and clutch to change. This results in the
necessity of reviewing the clutch actuator and actuator
adjustment.
