Follow the procedure steps below to
switch the funnel trays to test position.
1. Step:
Remove the R pins retaining the
test container in its slot (2 in each test
container) and then remove the test
container and put it in a safe place.
2. Step:
Remove the jack fixing latches
(1 in each jack, 2 in each tray, 4 in total).
3. Step:
Lower the funnel tray by pulling the
lifting arm upwards.
4. Step:
Place the test container on the
funnel tray (between the hopper and
tray). Ensure that the test containers and
hoppers are in correct position to enable
the seed flowing down the hoppers to fall
into the test container.
5. Step:
Your funnel trays are now in
calibration position. You can start
testing.
Note:
For fertilizer calibration, the test
containers are placed under the fertilizer
hoppers when repeating the procedure
steps above.
Once the calibration is completed, the
mechanism is switched to operating position by
reversing the procedure steps given above.
