If you have chosen to trigger the start of a preset based on MTC/SMPTE, then it is critical to enter a valid time. A value
of 00:00:00:00 will automatically trigger the preset. Entering MTC is based on [
Hour : Minute : Second : Frame]
.
Hours are 0-‐23, Minutes are 0-‐59, Seconds are 0-‐59, and frames are 0-‐30. To enter the time, begin by entering the
Hour, press the
[RIGHT]
button to move to the Minutes entry (the Arrow will point to the current edit parameter).
When all fields are entered, press
[SELECT]
to save it.
When an preset is started with an MTC/SMPTE trigger set, the Liquid Tracks will display a rotating clock next to the
playtime display to indicate that is armed and awaiting a valid system clock from the MIDI interface. If the system clock is
equal to or higher then the trigger time, the preset will begin to process. The clock will stop and the preset will start. If audio is
included in the track, a PLAY icon will display to show the track is currently playing.
