Editing The Preset Name
Preset names can be up to 16 characters long. Use the
[LEFT]
and
[RIGHT]
buttons to select the character to edit, and
use the rotary dial to select a character. Symbols, Numbers, Upper case and Lower case letters are all available. Press
[SELECT]
to save your edits, or press
[UP]
or
[DOWN]
to skip over this parameter and go to the previous or next
parameter respectively. Once you press
[SELECT]
, any changes will be saved and you can advance to the next
parameter.
Selecting the Type of Playback Within the Preset
Usually a preset will contain at least an Audio file, if not a MIDI file. On occasion you may need to create a preset that
does not playback a track, but simply waits for a trigger, and then completes a post-‐trigger trigger. While this doesn’t
make a lot of sense in a single Liquid Track environment, there maybe times that this becomes essential. Within a multi-‐
Liquid Track environment this could happen often.
Select the type of playback the suits the presets performance. Press
[SELECT]
to save your changes. The preset menu
parameter options will change based on this selection. By selecting Audio only as an example, you will not see menu
items related to MIDI playback, etc...
