Setup Overview

1. 

Use a network switch to connect the primary VN-Matrix network to the rear panel 
Ethernet connector (LAN A) of the VNM EC 200 (see 

Rear Panel Features

 on 

page 8).

2. 

Power on the VNM EC 200, all VN-Matrix devices present in the system, and all 
necessary devices (see 

Power Up Procedure

 on page 10).

3. 

Connect a control PC to the VN-Matrix network and navigate to the Web-based user 
interface of the VNM EC 200 (see 

Accessing the Web‑based User Interface

 on 

page 11).

4. 

Configure the settings of the VNM EC 200 (see 

Single VNM EC 200 Configuration

 on 

page 13). 

5. 

Configure the VNM EC 200 as the VN-Matrix system controller (see 

Configuring a 

Single EC 200 as the System Controller

 on page 17).

6. 

Configure the VN-Matrix system devices (see
