Enabling the SDI Embedded Audio Channel in the Test Signal Output

There are identical menus for each of the 4 groups. For the sake of simplicity only the menu item for

is described in the manual.

The capability of embedding silent audio on the Black output is only available on newer
hardware versions. These menu items will not be available if the hardware does not
support it.
