CHANGING THE ENGINE OIL FILTER

Each time that the oil is changed, follow this proce-
dure:

• Use the special spanner to loosen the used filter

and remove it.

• Clean the surface underneath the seal.

• Fill the new filter with engine oil, lubricate the

seal and screw the filter down tight.

• Start up the engine and check that there are no

leaks.

WARNING

The used oil filters are highly pollutant prod-
ucts; dispose of them responsibly by delivering
them to a collection centre.

NOTICE:

To tighten the filter use your hands, not the span-
ner.

Change the oil after an initial running in period of 50
hours.

10. CLEANING/CHANGING THE ENGINE AIR

FILTER.

WARNING

Remove the filter only when the engine is
switched off and cold and do not start up the
engine with the air filter open.

Remove the hooks and remove the cap in
order to extract the filter.

Knock the filter unit against your hand in order
to knock out the powder and clean with
compressed air (use maximum 4-5 bar pres-
sure).

Clean the filter cover and box, taking care that
no foreign matter enters the suction pipe.

SOSTITUZIONE FILTRO OLIO MOTORE

Operazione da eseguire ad ogni cambio d’olio:

• Con la chiave speciale svitare il filtro usato e

scartarlo.

• Pulire il piano di appoggio della guarnizione di

tenuta.

• Riempire il nuovo filtro con olio motore, lubrifi-

care la guarnizione di tenuta ed avvitare il filtro
fino a battuta.

• Avviare il motore e controllare che non vi siano

delle perdite.

AVVERTENZA

I filtri olio usati sono prodotti altamente inqui-
nanti, non disperdere nell’ambiente, ma con-
segnarli negli appositi centri di raccolta.

NOTA:

Per bloccare il filtro non usare la chiave ma avvitare
a mano.

Sostituire il filtro dopo le prime 50 ore di rodaggio.

PULIZIA/SOSTITUZIONE FILTRO ARIA
MOTORE

AVVERTENZA

Smontare il filtro solo a motore fermo e non
avviare il motore con filtro aria aperto.

Rimuovere i ganci e smontare il coperchio es
estrarre l’elemento filtrante.

Battere l’elemento filtrante sulla mano per far
cadere la polvere e soffiare con aria com-
pressa (con una pressione non superiore a

5 bar).

Pulire il coperchio e la scatola del filtro aven-
do cura di non far cadere corpi estranei nel
condotto di aspirazione.
