GUIDE TO MAINTENANCE

• Before opening the engine bonnet, lock the

control levers and switch off the motor.

• If it is necessary to check the oil level in the

hydraulic system, remove the cylinders from the
bucket and the second arm and place the
bucket on the ground.

• Carry out operations on flat, solid ground.

• Use only oils and greases that have been rec-

ommended by EURODIG. Choose oils and
greases that are suitable for the operating envi-
ronment temperature.

• When changing oils and filters, check for metal

particles and if these are present in large quan-
tities, consult your Customer Service.

• Check and change oil in a clean area to prevent

impurities entering the tank.

• Before carrying out maintenance, attach warn-

ing signs to the ignition key, and the control
levers.

• Do not use flammable liquids for cleaning parts;

do not use naked lights and do not smoke.

• When seals and O-rings are removed, clean

seal surfaces thoroughly and replace the seals
and O-rings. When refitting the unit, ensure that
the seals have been correctly fitted.

• When washing, protect the cable connectors

and keep the ignition switch dry.

• Clean the machine but do not direct the high

pressure water jet at the radiator.

• If operating in dusty environments:

- Check frequently for air filter congestion.

- Clean the radiator frequently to prevent the

fins

becoming congested.

- Replace the diesel filter more often

- Clean electrical components; in particular,

remove powder from the alternator and the
starter motor.

• Do not mix oil made by different manufacturers.

If the new oil is different from the oil in the tank,

GUIDA ALLA MANUTENZIONE

• Prima di procedere all’apertura del cofano mo-

tore, inserire il bloccaggio delle leve di comando
ed arrestare il motore.

• Nel caso si debba controllare il livello dell’olio

idraulico, retrarre i cilindri della benna e del 2

braccio e portare la benna a terra.

• Eseguire le operazioni su terreno solido ed in

piano.

• Usare oli grassi consigliati dall’EURODIG, sce-

gliere gli oli adatti alla temperatura ambiente.

• Quando si sostituiscono gli oli e si cambiano i

filtri, controllare la presenza di particelle metal-
liche e, se queste sono presenti in forte quantità,
consultare il Servizio Assistenza.

• Controllare e cambiare l’olio in una zona pulita

per evitare l’ingresso di impurità nel serbatoio.

• Prima di eseguire la manutenzione si consiglia

di attaccare targhe di avvertenza sulla chiave di
avviamento, sulle leve dei comandi.

• Non usare liquidi infiammabili per pulire i pezzi;

evitare fiamme libere e non fumare.

• Quando vengono smontate guarnizioni ed anelli

OR, pulire bene le superfici di tenuta e sostituire
le guarnizioni e gli OR. Quando si rimonta il
gruppo, assicurarsi del montaggio delle tenute.

• Durante il lavaggio, proteggere i connettori del-

l’impianto elettrico e non bagnare l’interruttore di
avviamento.

• Pulire la macchina evitando di dirigere il getto

d’acqua ad alta pressione sul radiatore.

• Se si lavora in ambienti polverosi:

- Controllare frequentemente l’intasamento del

filtro aria.

- Pulire frequentemente il radiatore per evitare

intasamenti delle alette.

- Sostituire con maggior frequenza il filtro ga-

solio.

- Pulire i componenti elettrici; in particolare

asportare la polvere dall’alternatore e dal
motorino d’avviamento.

• Non miscelare oli di differenti produttori.
