When connecting the cables, prevent the posi-
tive cable (+) and the negative cable (-) from
coming into contact.

When using emergency cables to start up the
engine, always wear protective goggles.

Prevent the machine that is being started up
making contact with the machine supplying
power in order to prevent sparks and therefore
explosions of the hydrogen produced by the
accumulators.

An exploding accumulator can cause serious
harm and injury.

Do not confuse the start cables, connect the
earth cable (-) last and as far away as possible
from the accumulator.

Use great care when removing the start ca-
bles; ensure that the cables disconnected from
the accumulator do not touch other machine
parts in order to prevent the hydrogen explod-
ing.

NOTICE:

The cables and clamps must be appropriate for the
current they transfer.

The accumulator used for starting must have a
capacity that is greater than or at least equal to that
of the engine that it starts up.

Ensure that the cables and clips are not corroded or
damaged.

Ensure that the clips clasp the terminals firmly.

Quando si collegano i cavi, evitare il contatto
tra il cavo positivo (+) ed il cavo negativo (-)

Quando si avvia il motore con cavi ausiliari,
indossare sempre occhiali di sicurezza.

Fare attenzione ad evitare il contatto tra la
macchina da avviare e la macchina che deve
fornire corrente per evitare scintillamenti e
quindi esplosioni dell’idrogeno prodotto dagli
accumulatori.

L’esplosione dell’accumulatore provoca gra-
vi danni e lesioni.

Assicurarsi di non scambiare i cavi di avvia-
mento e collegare per ultimo il cavo di massa
(-) il più lontano possibile dall’accumulatore.

Usare molta cautela quando si rimuovono i
cavi di avviamento; fare in modo che i cavi
staccati dall’accumulatore non tocchino altre
parti di macchina per evitare esplosioni da
idrogeno.

NOTA:

I cavi e le pinze debbono essere proporzionati al

carico di corrente da trasferire.

L’accumulatore da usare per l’avviamento deve

avere una capacità superiore o almeno uguale a
quella del motore da avviare.

Controllare che i cavi e le pinze non siano corrosi o

danneggiati.

Assicurarsi che le pinze stringano saldamente i

morsetti.
