As grease is applied through the extension tube

and onto the gear wheel, it is important that the

grease is distributed around the wheel.
• In one spot, apply just a small amount of

grease (one push).

• Move the traverse or carriage a little in order to

turn the gear wheel.

Repeat this procedure 5 times on each wheel.
