Achtung

MTS  Spannfutter  und  MTS  Ba-
sisplatten  dürfen  nur  in  Flüs-
sigkeit  getaucht  werden,  wenn
sämtliche  Spannfutter  belegt
sind.
Jedes

automatische

MTS

Spannfutter,  das  nicht  belegt
ist, muss durch eine Dichtungs-
palette  ER-070064  abgedeckt
werden.
Bei  manuellen  Spannfuttern
kann ein MTS Verschlusszapfen
ER-037967 eingesetzt werden.

Dieses Merkblatt muss am ent-
sprechenden Arbeitsplatz gut
sichtbar angeschlagen werden.

ter  im  getauchtem  Zustand  zu
Funktionsfehlern und Ausfällen
des  MTS  Nullpunktspannsy-
stems führen!

Warning

MTS chucks and baseplates
may only be submerged in li-
quid, if all chucks are covered.

Every  automatic  MTS  chuck
that  is  not  used  must  be
sealed  with  a  sealing  pallet
ER-070064.
Manual chucks may be sealed
with a MTS Locking bolt
ER-037967.

This Warning must be posted
in a clearly visisble place at the
relevant workstations.

IMPORTANT

WARNING

Without taking this measure,
opening and closing the chuck
in the immersed state may re-
sult in malfunctions and failures
of the MTS datum point tooling
system!

Les  mandrins  MTS  et  les  pla-
ques  de  base  MTS  ne  doivent
être  immergés  dans  du  liquide
sans que tous les mandrins ne
soient couverts.
Chaque mandrin MTS automa-
tique  inutilisé  doit  être  couvert
par  une  palette  d’étanchéité
ER-070064.
Les mandrins manuels peuvent
être  couverts  avec  un  Boulon
d‘arrêt MTS ER-037967.
