 NOTICE 

Sleeve must be properly sealed at the wall 

penetration to prevent leaks. The Fernco fitting 

may be used on one or both sides of the wall. 

This is just one example of ensuring that the 

expansion/contraction of the piping does 

not adversely affect the wall integrity. Other 

methods, such as Link-Seal hydrostatic seals are 

acceptable, as well.
