select a World Wide Name
and SCSI ID then click on
OK.
This binds the designated SCSI
device to the Windows NT system.
To verify the computer sees the
device as one of its own disks.
1. Click Start, select Programs
Administrative tool;and
click Disk Administrator.
2. Verify that the new SCSI device is shown as one of the drives.
Upgrade Firmware
From the Windows NT desktop,
1. Obtain a copy of the desired upgrade file.
2. Upgrade files are available on the Emulex ftp server at
ftp.emulex.com/pub/fibre/
.
3. Click Start menu.
4. Click Programs group.
5. Click the Configuration Utility.
The main window opens:
6. Select an adapter from the
Available Adapters list.
7. Click the Firmware button.
8. Locate the new upgrade file.
9. Click Open.
The firmware will be verified,
downloaded, and the adapter
restarted.
