11.2.3 Error code series 300
Fault description Cause Remedy
Error 300 Incorrect version of language file. Perform a software update.

Error 302 Operating data - no totals files. Data is reset automatically. No further
action required!
Error 303 Operating data - fault in totals files. Data is reset automatically. No further
action required!
Error 304 Operating data - start of recording
cannot be determined.
Data is reset automatically. No further
action required!
Error 305 Pulse memory not set in pulse
mode and determined metering
capacity above 100%.
Set the pulse memory.
Pump is undersized.
Contact Customer Service.
Error 306 Monitoring of metering Check the metering capacity.
Check the valves.
Check the flow rate.
Error 307 Metering controller Check the metering capacity.
Check the valves.
Check the flow rate.
Error 308 Alarm data - start of recording
cannot be determined.
Data is reset automatically. No further
action required!
Error 309 Log data - start of recording cannot
be determined.
Data is reset automatically. No further
action required!
Error 310 The checksums of parameter files
are no longer correct.
The pump is automatically reset to
factory setting and re-started. Then, the
pump must be reconfigured.
Error 311 If the measured current does not
move in the limits of Namur NE43
convention, the error is triggered.
This applies only to 4-20 mA and
20-4 mA setting.
Check current input and re-start the
pump. No further action required!
Error 312 Metering head is loose. Tighten the metering head fastening
screws crosswise (2 Nm).
Tear in diaphragm. Replace diaphragm.
