Overprints are distorted

PROBLEM REMEDY

The distance between the head and object is

20 mm

,

2. Overprints

are

distorted. Colour
intensity is too high,
drops are irregular,
there are ink splashes
around the overprint or
ink dots overlap each
other as in the example
on the right.

This happens when the ink pressure is too high (the pressure is set
with a pressure regulator at the ink bottle container). Set the
pressure to its rating value. See paragraph

2.3.4 Connections
