For conduit box and anchor point locations and dimensions, see Figure 5 .
Ensure the exposed conduit location is in the proper location relative to the conduit opening in the bottom of
the xStorage 400. If the conduit is installed in the incorrect location, the power cabling can be rerouted and
installed using a side entrance kit.
2. If not already accomplished, using the forklift openings on the bottom of the cabinet, use a forklift to move
the xStorage 400 to the installation site. See
Figure 9 , Figure 10 , and Figure 11 for the cabinet center of
gravity measurements.
3. Carefully align the xStorage 400’s conduit opening with the exposed conduit in the concrete pad, and
lower the xStorage 400 onto the concrete pad.

4. Using the supplied anchor bolts and hardware, secure the xStorage 400 to the concrete pad.
See paragraph 3.2.2.1 System Anchoring Preparation for anchoring bolt locations and installation
specifications.
5. Using the supplied hardware, install the forklift opening plates to the eight openings around the base of the
xStorage 400, see
Figure 14 for plate installation process.
