9.1 Introduction

VoCALL 16 EVCS is a high specification, digital, loop –wired, fully addressable,

monitored, and secure bi-directional communication system fully compliant with

BS5839-9:2011 (abb. Pt9).
VoCALL 16 range of products comprises of two types of devices:

•

Panels: Main panel (MX16), Network panel (NX16)

•

Outstations: Type A, Type B

This manual covers the operation of VoCALL 16 system working in Standalone mode

- 1 MX16 main panel and up to 16 Outstations.
