B. Half shelf installation
•
Using (4) 1/4-20 x ½" lg hex head self-tap screws, assemble
left and right shelf bracket to half shelf� Screws are to be
assembled thru holes in bottom of half shelf into left and
right-side brackets�
•
Assemble left and right-side brackets to frame rails� Hand
thread 1/4-20 x ¾" lg (4) screws thru holes in side brackets
into two channel nuts on each bracket� Orient channel nuts
as shown� Slide channel nuts thru frame rail and rotate each
channel nut 90 degrees� With 3/8" socket driver tighten each
screw�
•
Position assembly with frame rail against back panel and
aligning holes in frame rail and back panel mounting holes�
Assemble the half shelf frame rails using (4) 1/4-20 x ½" lg hex
head shelf tap-screws�
•
(When full shelf is not used) Using (2) #1/4" washers & 1/4-
20 x ½" hex head self-tap screws, assemble each frame rail
to each adjacent foot�
•
If height adjustment of the shelf is needed, loosen (4) 1/4-20 x
¾" screws� Slide shelf as required and tighten each screw�
