Relocating the pads to the side for vertical installation.
SELECTING AN INSTALLATION SITE
NOTE
The water treatment system should be installed in a cool, dry, ventilated, and
easily accessible location.
Please consider the distance of the water inlet for the water supply of the
EASYRO
®
and the distance of the sewer outlet to the sewer drain.
Make sure a sufficient number of grounded safety outlets (Schuko type F, 230 V)
are available depending on the selected system components (e.g. household
water system, UV radiation system, etc.).
The required installation space varies depending on the delivery scope and model of the
EASYRO
®
.
If you wish to use a 500-l tank, please determine the carrying capacity of the installation surface.
PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
NOTE
If you have an EASYRO
®
whole house installation, an Oventrop valve with
emergency bypass function and a mixture adjustment screw must be installed
by a qualified, authorised technician according to the illustration.
Install a return valve upstream to the Oventrop valve.
Please inform your plumber that a ¾”´ connection is needed for the water
supply of the water treatment system.
If you wish to install the EASYRO
®
on a wall panel or some sort of shelf, please determine the
carrying capacity of the wall or masonry and use the correct tools and materials for the moun-
ting process (drill, dowels, screws).
USE AS A DRINKING WATER SYSTEM
If you wish to install an EASYRO
®
as a drinking water system in your kitchen, please provide
sufficient space in the cabinet under your sink.
The cabinet under your sink is the most suitable place because this means the distances to an
existing water supply and to the sewer drain are rather short.
EASYRO
®
units are designed for vertical or horizontal installation. This
requires unscrewing the pads on the bottom of the unit and reattaching them to
the side (for vertical installation).
