INITIAL START-UP
IMPORTANT
Installation and initial start-up (commissioning) of the EASYRO
®
system must
be carried out by a qualified technician trained by easymetal.
Any other installation will render the warranty null and void.
INERT FILTERS
Unscrew the union nut of the pre-filter housings with the included filter key.
If you have a softener cartridge (transparent granulate) or an activated carbon filter as a
part of your delivery scope, please insert this filter into the first chamber. In the second
chamber, please insert the wound thread filter.
Screw down the union nut with the filter key.
Make sure the filter housings are screwed down
tightly.
Turn on the main water supply line and make
sure the pre-filters are completely filled with water.
Make sure all lines and connections are correctly
positioned and do not leak.
Bleed the pre-filters by turning the screw on the
filter housing using a screwdriver until all air has
been evacuated.
Rinse the pre-filter for 3 minutes.
