Placez de l’adhésif de masquage à une distance de
1mm autour de la fente du guignol de profondeur. Cela
permet d’éviter que la colle époxy coule sur la surface
de la gouverne. Prenez le guignol de profondeur. Utilisez
du papier abrasif pour gratter sa partie inférieure.
Utilisez un cure-dent pour appliquer la colle Epoxy dans
la fente destinée à recevoir le guignol. Insérez le guignol
dans la gouverne de profondeur. Le guignol doit être
correctement ajusté. Utilisez du papier absorbant et de
l’alcool dénaturé pour retirer l’excès de colle autour du
guignol. Retirez l’adhésif de masquage avant le séchage
complet de la colle.
Mettere del nastro a bassa adesività ad 1mm dal
bordo della fessura per la squadretta dell’elevatore.
Questo serve ad evitare di sporcare la superficie
dell’elevatore con la colla epoxy che si userà per incollare
la squadretta. Individuare la squadretta dell’elevatore.
Grattare la sua parte inferiore con carta vetrata. Con
uno stuzzicadenti applicare la colla epoxy sia nella
fessura che sulla parte di squadretta che entra in essa.
Inserire la squadretta al suo posto nell’elevatore, la quale
dovrà entrare con precisione. Togliere gli eccessi di colla
con un fazzoletto di carta e alcol isopropilico. Prima che
la colla asciughi togliere i nastri applicati prima intorno
alla sede della squadretta.


Assemble the elevator and rudder linkages using ball links and 2 mm x 42 mm threaded rods. Adjust the lengths as
shown in the photos as a starting point for the lengths of the rod.
Montieren Sie die Anlenkungen von Höhen- u. Seitenruder mit Kugelanschlüssen und dem 42 x 2mm Gestänge.
Justieren Sie für den Anfang die Länge wie in den Fotos dargestellt.
Assemblez les tringleries de profondeur et de dérive en utilisant les chapes rotules et les tiges filetées M2x42mm.
Réglez les longueurs comme indiqué sur les photos.
Assemblare i comandi per l’elevatore ed il timone con gli attacchi a sfera e le barrette filettate da 2x42mm. Come
punto di partenza regolare le lunghezze come illustrato in figura.


Connect the elevator servo to the radio system to center
the servo. Use a #0 Phillips screwdriver to secure the
servo arm to the servo, then trim the remaining arm
that may interfere with the operation of the servo. Use a
pin vise and 5/64 inch (2mm) drill bit to enlarge the hole
in the servo arm for the screw that retains the ball link.
Slide a washer on the screw, then slide the screw into
the ball end. Secure the ball link to the servo arm using
an M2 nut and M2 washer. Use a #1 Phillips screwdriver
and 4mm nut driver to tighten the hardware.
Zentrieren Sie das Höhenruderservo mit der
Fernsteuerung. Schrauben Sie mit einem 0 Phillips
Schraubendreher den Servoarm auf den Servo und
schneiden dann den nicht benötigten Arm ab. Bohren Sie
mit einem 2mm Bohrer das Loch für den Kugelkopf auf
dem Servoarm auf. Schieben Sie eine Unterlegscheibe
auf die Schraube, dann die Schraube durch den
Kugelkopf. Sichern Sie die Schraube am Servoarm
mit einer M2 Mutter und einer M2 Unterlegscheibe.
Ziehen Sie den Kugelkopf mit einem #1 Phillips
Schraubendreher und 4mm Steckschlüssel.
