Set retransmission channel assignment (OPn) to 1.

Set low limit of current retransmission of channel 1 (OPL) to 0.0.

Press the return key to advance to the next parameter.

Set high limit of current retransmission of channel 1 (OPH) to 200.

Press the return key to advance to the next parameter.

Set low limit of current retransmission of channel 2 (OPL2) to 0.0.
29)
Press the return key to advance to the next parameter.
30)
Set high limit of current retransmission of channel 1 (OPH2) to 200.
31)
Do not change the remaining parameters.
32)
Press the return key several more times to return to the temperature display screen.
Check the plenum temperature parameters on the Dryer Master as follows.
1.
Press the “Settings” key.
2.
Press “2” for installer setup.
3.
Enter the pas
sword “4628”.
4.
Press “Enter”.
5.
Press “7” for Drying Temperature setup.
6.
With the highlight bar on the slope value change the value (if required) to 0.5 and
press the “Enter” key.
(If in degrees C use 0.2777

7.
Use the arrow keys to move the highlight bar to the offset value and change the
value (if required) to -
112 and press the “Enter” key.

8.
Press the “Cancel” key several times to return to the main screen.
The Dryer Master should now read the same temperature as the dryer panel. When drying, if there
is an error greater than 2-3 degrees change the offset value on the Dryer Master so the temperature
displayed matches the dryer panel reading.
Note: The Programming/Display adapter can be removed when programming is complete as it is not
required for system operation.
